Its a girl! At 18 weeks and 5 days (May 28, 2009), we had a sonogram and found out we're expecting a precious baby girl. We are so excited and have decided to name her Conleigh Jean. We're going to call her Conleigh and C.J.Conleigh is after my mom, Connie, and Jean is after Derick's mom, Gloria Jean.This is Conleigh resting her head on her arm!

At our first appointment, Baby Washer was hiding so we couldn't hear a heartbeat. We got a great sonogram instead! Baby's heart was beating at 173 beats per minute. Baby is measuring at 11 weeks - already the over achiever!

On March 19, 2009 Derick's grandfather, William "Bill" Sykes passed away. He'll be missed so much. Derick and I are an aunt and uncle to the most perfect babe in the world! We would like to introduce her to all of you. Penny Ida Clay was born March 11, 2009.
